Hello! I would like to introduce myself, my name is Holly Dickens. I have been in the
vacation rental profession for over nine years. Through my experience and learning from
similar companies I have found that there are certain qualities missing in this growing
industry. I am proud to represent the company I manage, D&D Property Management.
D&D is family owned and operated locally here in beautiful Port Aransas. We are
excited after two years our company is steadily growing and our owners are happy and
the wonderful guest have been returning. Our goal with our company is still to provide
what was missing in the Vacation Property Management Business; the highest of
standards in housekeeping, maintenance, and superior customer service with a personal
and professional touch.
We will constantly continue to gain knowledge and implement new ways to provide the
best service to our clients. Honesty, integrity, and hard work are what we base our
principals on. We promise to take care of your home as if it were one of our own
investment properties. We are a one-stop-shop providing everything you need to
maintain the perfect vacation rental. You will no longer have to worry about the
condition of your home or if it is being given the proper care and special attention

the Chamber of Commerce. Making sure your property maintains a high rental volume
